Outfitter Special Canoe Pack

Sale Price: $145.95
Regular Price: $182.95

Outfitter Special Canoe Pack

6,850 Cubic inches
Total Height= 26.5" pack + 9.5" snorkel, 16.5"W x 36"H, 11.5"Depth
Color: Green or Blue

This is a deluxe versatile load-hauler that carries well, even when packed to the brim. We typically use it as a food pack or equipment pack. It also works well as a personal pack. When used as a food pack, we typically add a simple cardboard box to provide structure and make it easier to load and unload meal items.

Features include: Inside foam pocket in the back for comfort on the portages, two gusset buckles to fasten the "ears" over the top, detachable wide waist belt, side hanger, side compression straps, side handles, adjustable sternum and cinch strap. This pack is topped off with a snorkel top with drawstring to increase your load when necessary. The contoured curved backstraps feel and ride well. The smart design also includes low side handles for ease of lifting in and out of the canoe, as well as a mesh flat pocket under the flap to hold wet stuff, maps, or other small items.

Outfitter Expedition Canoe Pack

Sale Price: $152.95
Regular Price: $191.95

Outfitter Expedition Canoe Pack

8,300 CI, Total Height= 26" pack + 9.5" snorkel, 28"W X 35.5"H, 8.25" Depth.
Color: Green or Blue

The Outfitter Expedition is the largest in our line of canoe packs. We typically use it as a personal pack for
two people. It carries bulkier, lighter items such as sleeping bags, sleeping pads, and clothing with ease. If
two canoe travelers can't fit all of their personal gear in one of these, the overflow stays home.

Features include: Inside foam pocket in the back for comfort on the portages, two gusset buckles to fasten
the "ears" over the top, a detachable wide waist belt, contoured shoulder straps, 4 side compression straps
to snug up the load and compress the pack as your load gets lighter, an adjustable sternum strap, load lifter
cinch staps, an outside mesh pocket, and a snorkel overflow top with a drawstring to increase your load
capacity when necessary. The side handles are placed low so you can get a good lift on the pack.

This pack is a giant improvement from the old standard #4 packs. It rides well in a canoe.

#3 1/2 Envelope Pack

Sale Price: $74.95
Regular Price: $93.95

#3 1/2 Envelope Pack

Dimensions: 29" x 30"
Color: Green or Blue

These are used as a personal pack for one person when there are an odd number of people on a trip. They
are also handy for people who prefer to carry a lighter individual load rather than two persons' gear in a
single Outfitter Expedition Pack.

The #3 1/2 canoe pack is an envelope pack. That means it doesn't have a rectangular bottom. It includes
a three-section inside pocket.

Large Insulated Food Pack

Sale Price: $151.95
Regular Price: $188.95

Large Insulated Food Pack

Large Insulated Food Pack - back view

Approx. 5520 Cubic inches; 20" Wide, 24" Tall, 11 1/2" Deep.
Color: Gray only

If you're packing fresh food on your canoe trip, this insulated food pack works great! The 1/2" closed cell
foam adds structure and form as well as insulates your items. Sternum and cinch straps keep the
contoured backstraps together on your chest and the cinch can be called a load lifter when used to suck
the weight up to your back. The top has a generous storm flap over our heavy YKK Vislon zipper. Padded
and removable waist belt and side handles/hanger completes this pack.

While the pack is excellent for food, it carries so well while portaging a canoe, we sometimes use it as a
guide-pack. The zippered top makes for an extremely convenient compartment to quickly stash your map
when you arrive at a portage, or to keep your fishing tackle readily accessible at a comfortable height.
The flat top even makes a convenient platform to set items while you're preparing a meal. Professional
photographers also use this pack because the insulating foam provides protection for delicate camera
gear.

*Special note: This is an over-sized shipping item.
